What is the difference with a real photo?+
On a good product listing, the difference is imperceptible. 3D packshots faithfully reproduce textures, reflections and shadows. They also allow angles impossible in a studio and perfect consistency across all variants.
Do I need existing 3D models?+
No. We can create the 3D model from your photos, plans or technical files. If you already have models, we retrieve and optimise them. Either way, we handle everything.
How long before I receive the first packshots?+
Once the 3D model is approved, the first renders are delivered in 24 to 48 hours. For a complete catalogue with multiple variants, allow a few extra days depending on volume.
In which formats do you deliver the images?+
PNG, JPEG, WebP : in the resolution and format you need. Square for Instagram, rectangular for Shopify, high resolution for print. We adapt to your use case.
Is the AI lifestyle image suitable for all product listings?+
It is best suited to ambiance and usage contexts : a product in its natural environment. It is a complementary service, independent of the configurator. For white-background packshots, technical views or B2B catalogues, we use classic 3D rendering, which is more precise.
Can variants be added after the first delivery?+
Yes, at any time. New colour, new material, new finish : we generate the additional packshots from the existing model. No new photo shoot, no long lead time.
