3DVue collects the following personal data, depending on your interactions with the site:

3DVue does not collect sensitive data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR (health, ethnic origin, political opinions, etc.).

Retention periods

Your data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

Contact data (prospect): 3 years from the last contact
Client data (active contract): duration of the contract + 5 years (accounting obligation)
Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)
Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum
Meeting data: 1 year after the meeting

After these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Recipients of data

Your personal data is processed by 3DVue and its technical sub-processors. These sub-processors act solely on 3DVue's instructions and provide sufficient guarantees under the GDPR:

Data security

3DVue implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data against any loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration:

Communication encryption via HTTPS protocol (TLS)
Access to data restricted to authorised persons
Regular backups on a separate server
Passwords stored in encrypted form
Regular updates to systems and software

In the event of a data breach likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, 3DVue undertakes to notify the CNIL within 72 hours and the affected individuals as soon as possible, in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR.
